Debunking Stress and Cultivating Well-Being

Just in time for final exams, this workshop focuses on sensory-based learning by cultivating awareness to our unique stress responses ( physiologically) and applying simple tools to improve stress-reduction and overall well-being. Participants will gain awareness their unique responses to feelings of overwhelm and stress by understanding the window-of-tolerance model and track their own experiences of stress. The later part of the workshop reviews how to manage internal stress, through reviewing the 5 Ways to Well-Being. Here, participants will learn practical tools on improving personal well-being by engaging in 5 simple, but important activities daily to boost your self-care and resiliency.
