Financial literacy is one of the real keys to your success at university and this highly interactive workshop, brought to you by the peer team in Student Financial Services, will inform you about the many opportunities and resources that will help you finance your postsecondary degree. You will learn how to use debt to help you, not hinder you, while you complete your degree requirements. It will also focus on the 3 stages of your student loan, what to expect and who is involved in the world of financial aid, and it will cover the all-important topic of "scholarships and bursaries," but, also the many other awards available at York University.
