The Research Unit in the LA&PS Dean's Office is hosting an information session for all York applicants interested in applying to the Insight Development Grant (IDG) Program.

Nadya Bloom (Research Officer, LA&PS) will provide an overview of the IDG Program.

Carmela Murdocca (Associate Professor, Sociology, LA&PS) will present insights on the IDG Committee adjudication process based on her experience as a Committee member on one of the Sociology Committees for the February 2017 competition. She will also offer advice on how to strengthen an application with reference to her own successful 2016 IDG application ("Race, Reparations and Neoliberalism in Canada").
