Mr. Dion will provide an overview of the major steps and causes of the evolution, in the last fifty years, of regimes governing elected and appointed officials at the federal level and will attempt to predict what significant additional refinements should be added in the first half of this century. The speaker will highlight the raison d’ëtre of such measures and the main impacts they have on officials.
