Transitions in University Writing and Thinking #2: What goes where? How ideas are organized in academic writing

So, you have some class notes, some readings, maybe some material you found through your research. But does it all make sense to you? How do you get from making notes to writing your assignment? Learn how you can read more efficiently and write more effectively by analyzing the patterns that structure ideas in academic writing. Bring a course outline or an assignment and some readings so you can see how writing in your field is organized and think about structures you can use to organize the ideas in your own paper.

Spaces are limited to the first 25 students attending this workshop. No RSVPs! Just show up!
